Reporting
The project leader shall report to the Client where appropriate, and will undertake the following services.
Fulfilling the Terms
Providing services in accordance with the Scope of work, we carry out such duties and functions as are required in terms of the Contract.
Act as an Agent
Administering the Contract as an agent of the Client, in accordance with the provisions of the Contract.
Authority to Client
Observe any requirement to obtain specific approval of the Client for the execution of any part of his/her functions and duties, such as shall be set out in the Contract.
Executing Authority
We exercise any authority given to the client, in terms of the provisions of the Contract; and use skill and care normally used by professionals providing similar services.
Communication
We facilitate for effective project communication.
We achieve the client’s requirements and aspirations for the required facility and ensure that stringent quality standards are attained.
We manage the overall Professional process in a coordinated and pre- defined manner that is acceptable to the client.
We ensure that the client is aware of all facets of the project and impeding problems from inception to completion.
We complete the project and deliverables within an agreed and defined programmed and cost plan.
We maintain an evaluation of risk and manage the risk throughout the project life cycle in order to ensure that the client’s exposure is maintained at the absolute minimum in terms of cost and time.
We provide the client with a solution for their needs that reflects the lowest total cost of ownership for them.
